1. Scope of Services
Our office provides legal consultancy and application assistance in residence permit, work permit, and other administrative procedures in Türkiye. Our services include the preparation, submission, and follow-up of online applications, as well as communication with administrative authorities when necessary. The service provided through yourturkeypermit.com is limited to legal and administrative support during the online application process for residence and/or work permits in Türkiye.
2. Service Fees
Government fees, taxes, and notary fees are not included in our service fee. These payments are made directly to the relevant authorities by the applicant. Our service fee covers only professional legal assistance during the online application process.
3. Authorization
The Client authorizes Attorney İlknur Şahin and Attorney Pelin Nasöz Ovalı to perform, on the Client's behalf, all necessary actions related to the preparation, submission, follow-up, and completion of the Client's online residence and/or work permit application, including but not limited to:
- Logging in to application systems and the e-Government portal (e-Devlet) and uploading documents,
- Opening and using an email account on behalf of the Client,
- Obtaining and sending additional information requested by authorities,
- Performing other necessary actions not individually listed here.
4. Limitation of Liability
During the online application process, Attorney İlknur Şahin and Attorney Pelin Nasöz Ovalı act solely to execute and manage the application process without a power of attorney. Therefore, they are not responsible for:
- Whether the application is accepted or rejected,
- Requests for additional documents or information from authorities,
- Delays, rejections, or administrative penalties arising during the process.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
The Attorneys provide legal and administrative support; however, no guarantee of approval can be given. The outcome of the online application depends solely on the discretion of the competent authorities.
6. Data Protection
Personal data provided during the online application process are processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the applicable data protection laws (KVKK and GDPR, where applicable).
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved before the Kuşadası Courts and Enforcement Offices.
